Nikki Reed shared with E! Online that Kristen Stewart was a pretty rocking vampire for Breaking Dawn, Part 2. We can’t wait to see for ourselves! In the meantime, check out what she had to say about our Kstew.

We caught up with Nikki over the weekend at the Rolling Stone Super Bowl party and had to ask the chickie—who’s played ice queen Rosalie in all of the vampy flicks so far—if there was any part of BD Pt. 2 that she was particularly excited for fans to see:

“Kristen makes a really awesome vampire,” Ms. Reed gushed to us. “And I think that everybody has been waiting to see how that transformation goes down and she makes a really beautiful vampire.”

Why?

While Kristen Stewart has a particularly rabid following for such a young actress, we’re guessing (hoping?) you don’t consider yourself a Twi-hard. Still, just because you’re not a Stephenie Meyer disciple doesn’t mean you can’t still be a fan of Twilight’s leading lady. A reluctant star who seems genuinely bothered by all the attention she’s received as Robert Pattinson’s love interest (both onscreen and off), Stewart has an edge to her that most other tween favorites don’t. And maybe it’s that hard-to-get attitude that makes us like her so much. Regardless, forget Edward and Jacob — consider us Team Bella. Is that an option?

A new clip of SWATH premiered last night as well:

The brief clip, which aired during last night’s episode of “Top Chef” on which Charlize Theron was a guest judge, shows Stewart kicking ass and taking names in order to escape the huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) sent to find and kill her by her evil stepmother (Theron).

The visually arresting clip has pretty much everything audiences could want in a film, from a hatchet-wielding Chris Hemsworth to Charlize Theron in a milk bath, and, of course, K.Stew in armor, riding as far from her “Twilight” character as she can possibly go.

Last but not least, here’s a new TV spot for the film.

There are battles going on all over Hollywood. But rather than settle the score with measures like celebrity support or the caliber of quips, we at Forbes rely on something far less subjective: paychecks. To determine who’s on top in a range of Hollywood rivalries, we looked at all entertainment-related earnings, factoring in movies, TV shows, albums, athletic contracts, fashion lines and endorsement deals, between May 2010 and May 2011.

The highly successful Twilight series has earned $2.5 billion at the box office so far and at this point, co-stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart earn the same amount for starring in each film. Despite the fact that Pattinson has been busier, with films likeWater for Elephants, because of the timing for when he got paid for the movie each Twilight star earned the same amount of money between May 2010 and May 2011: $20 million. With the big Universal film Snow White and the Huntsman slated to hit theaters this summer, Stewart is likely to pull ahead of Pattinson.

The Twilight stars earn the same on their franchise movies and tie on our list. If Stewart’s upcoming film Snow White and the huntsman is a big hit though she could find herself outearning Pattinson next year.

 

It was reported this week that Kristen Stewart’s film On the Road and Robert Pattinson’s Bel Ami are both going to hit up the film festival circuit! Neither film has a US release date as of now. Let’s hope that success at their respective film festivals will snag them an official date!

On the Road is rumored to be premiering at Cannes Film Festival (May 2012). Bel Ami is confirmed for Berlin International Film Festival (February 2012).

“We met on a plane going to Comic-Con,” Theron told me at the BAFTA Los Angeles tea party at the Four Seasons Hotel. “You know when you meet someone and it’s effortless? It was instantly amazing.

“We couldn’t shut up,” she continued. “The plane landed and they were like, ‘Get off the plane’ and we were going on and on.”

It was the same on set. “I think we both love what we do and we came to play,” Theron said.

Yeah, but what happened when it came to their fight scenes? We imagine the ”total bitch” Evil Queen got to kick Stewart’s Snow White’s butt.

Or maybe not.

Theron teased, “It’s more like what Kristen does to me.”

Robert, what happened to your hair. It’s so short?

Yeah, I had to get it cut for a new movie I am doing. But it will grow back, I hope.

Well, how do you feel about the Twilight Saga coming to an end?

Well, I am sad, of course. It’s been such an adventure, such a ride. I made new incredible friends that will be with me forever.

Share one of your fondest memories with us.

Well, the honeymoon that we shot in Brazil, that was pretty amazing. I would go back there if I could. I fell in love with that country.

And one of the not so fun experiences?

Well, I had to take my shirt off right next to Taylor (Lautner). And I am sure you all know what a superb specimen that guy is. He makes me look like such a whimp (laughs).

What is it like to be working with beautiful women on the set of this movie?

It’s great, it’s really nice being surrounded by hot girls all the time. It’s the best thing ever. Hey, it’s why I became an actor!

Rob, you had to be very pale in Twilight, and you had to wear contact lenses all the time. What was worse?

Oh, the contact lenses for sure. They were pretty tight, and at times they were painful too. That’s one thing I won’t be missing much. I don’t mind being pale. I am British, we are not supposed to tan much in the first place (laughs).

Do you think you will keep in touch with all the other actors from the movie?

Well, I certainly hope so (laughs). I don’t know if we will all call each other all the time. In this business, you need to move around so much. It makes it very difficult to stay in touch with others.

Do you think Breakind Dawn will truly be the end of the Twilight saga?

Wouldn’t that be funny if they came out with something like “Twilight, Eclipse, Brunch…” No, I think it’s up to Stephanie. If she wants to write a spin off or another book, I am game, I am in.

Do you have a favorite scene in this movie?

I think the birth scene is so different to everything else in the movie. And also, for a fantasy, it has a young audience, but it goes quite far. It’s quite graphic.

You are doing major press events for this movie all over the world. You are at Comic Con which is a big comic convention. What are the nerdiest things that you have found out about each other?

I wouldn’d say Kristen is nerdy. She, literally, is a cooking fan. She’s a nerd when it comes to cooking. Especially on set. It was bizarre. She’d be in the trailer and the cooking channel was always on.

What will you miss about your character?

I liked how understanding Edward was. I liked that he was old school. I think that’s cool. I will miss that.

Are you creeped out by all the attention you have been getting from the ladies over the years?

I am not creeped out at all by it. You’d just have to be creeped out by women in general, which I am not (laughs).

Stewart, best known for her role as Bella Swan in the blockbuster movie saga, will represent a to-be-announced scent which is expected to be launched this fall.

“Balenciaga has always stood out to me,” Stewart told WWD on Thursday. “Even when I first began to consider fashion and admittedly rarely knew the brand I was wearing, I always recognized and loved Balenciaga. It feels full circle to be involved with something that spoke to me then and of course continues to excite me now. The brand is just cool. That’s the way it is. I feel drawn to it. It provokes on a number of levels. It isn’t afraid or contrived. It hits a very cool balance, always. Always pretty undeniable.”

Balenciaga creative director Nicolas Ghesquière called Stewart the muse for the new scent. “Kristen embodies the modernity of the new Balenciaga fragrance with her unique sensibility and intelligence,” said Ghesquière. “From her early appearance in ‘Panic Room’ to her independent choice of ‘Welcome to the Rileys,’ I’ve always sensed her progressive character. In 2006, I invited her to appear in a project shot by Bruce Weber. Since then, I’ve always wished to collaborate with her further, knowing that she shares the radical spirit of Balenciaga.”

“Kristen stood out as an evident choice for this new fragrance,” added Catherine Walsh, senior vice president of American fragrances for Coty Prestige, a division of Coty Inc. “She has a unique sense of style, quite original and chic in the way she mixes fashion elements. Tamera confessed she was excited to see Robert Pattinson because she’s a huge Twilight nerd (welcome to the club, girl), and that led us down the road of gushing over Rob and Kristen Stewart‘s cute couple steeze. And gush we did!

“They’re both really edgy and romantic at the same time,” Tia explained of Robsten’s appeal. “They’re romantic, but it’s not that corny, whimsical kind of romance.”

In the clip, the seating arrangement has Stewart sitting next to her boyfriend and Twilightco-star Robert Pattinson.

So, is Stewart really going to be at the People’s Choice Awards?

Nope.

A source close to the star tells Gossip Copexclusively that the pictured seating chart is “bulls**t.”

The insider says they wanted “a headshot of [Stewart] for a skit,” but it’s unclear whether they’ll actually be doing the skit or not.

Regardless, while Pattinson is attending the awards show to support his nomination forWater For Elephants, Stewart was NEVER scheduled to appear and will NOT be there.

Kristen Stewart:

2012 is shaping up to be KStew’s biggest year yet. In addition to saying goodbye to the character that made her a superstar, she is starring in the summer fantasy blockbuster “Snow White and the Huntsman.” Also featuring Charlize Theron as the Evil Queen and Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman, the story is a darker twist on the classic fairy tale in which Snow White seems more like Joan of Arc than a fair maiden. Let’s just hope it’s better than last year’s “Red Riding Hood.” It couldn’t be worse.

On the other side of the movie spectrum, Stewart is also appearing in the relatively shoestring budgeted “On the Road.” I know I wrote about this film in last year’s preview, but it actually seems like it’s coming this year. Principal photography wrapped in 2010, so they’ve been in post over a year. Here’s hoping the Jack Kerouac classic will finally see the silver screen in 2012.

Robert Pattinson:

R.Pattz showed up at 2011′s Comic-Con with f—ed up hair and caused hundreds of Twi-hard teens to experience minor heart palpitations. “Has our only reason for living gone crazy?” they wondered. Their worries eased when they found out it’s only a haircut for his character in this year’s “Cosmopolis,” a film based on prolific writer Don DeLillo’s 13th novel. It’s being directed by dark genius David Cronenberg (“A History of Violence,” “Eastern Promises”), so Pattinson may finally have a shot at winning critics over with his serious side.

In March, we’ll finally get to see the long-promised movie “Bel Ami.” From the trailer, it seems like a Victorian period piece oin which Pattinson gets to make love to Christina Ricci, Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas. I can’t wait.

Taylor Lautner:

After the bomb known as “Abduction” dropped and sent Lautner’s camp scurrying for the bunkers, he and his team seem to be keeping things on the DL this year. Other than “Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” Lautner doesn’t have any movies coming out in 2012. However, looking further on the horizon, he is planning a comeback in 2013 with the fantasy film “Incarceron,” alongside actress Kavinda Dissanayake. Lautner is also rumored to star alongside Dwayne Johnson in the action film “Goliath” next year. Do you think he’ll play The Rock’s son?

Peter Facinelli:

The veteran actor and Cullen father is making his big screenwriting debut with “Loosies,” opening this week. Facinelli also stars in the independent movie about a New York pickpocket who has a run of bad luck, including a former one-night stand (Jamie Alexander) telling him she’s pregnant  and a cop (Michael Madsen) having a vendetta against him. Look for Facinelli also to revive my all-time favorite character of his, Dr. Cooper, in season 4 of Showtime’s dark sitcom “Nurse Jackie” this year.

Jackson Rathbone:

Like his character Jasper Hale, Rathbone’s projects outside of “Twilight” are an enigma. “Zombie Hamlet” and “DaZ: Vol. Too – NonSeNse” are supposed to be released this year, but they were also supposed to be released last year. The indie “Live at the Foxes Den” looks promising, but there isn’t much information available. Finally, “Cowgirls n’ Angels,” in which Jackson plays a rodeo rider (but not a cowgirl), looks closest to completion.

In development for decades by Francis Ford Coppola, who remains a key producer on the film, the eagerly anticipated big screen adaptation of Jack Kerouac‘s “On The Road” has been a long time coming. But the project’s lengthy journey might finally be seeing the light of day, as the post-production is wrapping up and European theatrical dates are slowly coming into focus. ”The Motorcycles Diaries” director Walter Salles is at the helm, joined by a promising young cast in Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Tom Sturridge and Kristen Stewart, as well as veterans like Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Steve Buscemi, Kirsten Dunst and Terrence Howard.”We just finished the edit and the mix in Paris,” Salles told Your Entertainment Corner recently. “There are still a few steps left until the film is completely finished (designing titles and credits, getting the digital workprint back to 35mm, etc.) The independent company that produced the film, MK2, is now working on the site and trailer. As for release dates, they tend to vary from country to country when a film is distributed independently.”

One variable is evidently the release in France, which producer Charles Gillibert revealed on Twitter is set for May 23rd, running concurrently with the tail end of this year’s Cannes Film Festival (scheduled for May 16-27). This primes the film for a potential premiere on the Croisette, which will precede the Gallic theatrical release. In a similar manner, Terrence Malick‘s “The Tree Of Life premiered at the festival last year before being unspooled in French cinemas a week later. Unlike Malick’s film, though, “On The Road” doesn’t have North American distribution in place yet. So while the film looks like it will premiere and be released in France within the next five months, a U.S. date could be a bit further off.

And it’s totally you… ‘The Charlize Show!’

Oh god, no! It’s SO not. I started shooting the film so there was more footage of me. But then Kristen took over. That’s the only reason it was like that. She’s amazing in the film.

Would you want to play a villain again? Was that fun?

I don’t know. Like I said to you before I have never walked around with a specific charater I wanted to play. In a way I’ve kind of played three villains back to back. But they’re such different people. I’ve explored different things with all three. I just want to tell good stories. That’s truly all I want to do. I don’t need to be the lead in them. I just want to be a part of something that I would want to go see in theaters. I don’t know what that’s going to be next.

“Cosmopolis”
Synopsis: Based on the novel by American authorDon DeLillo, it centers on Eric Packer (Robert Pattinson), a young multi-billionaire making an epic, ultimately doomed limo ride across New York City.
What You Need to Know: David Cronenberg is enjoying an unparalleled level of critical and commercial acceptance after decades hovering on the fringe. At the outset, “Cosmopolis” seems to fall in line with the mannered, critic-friendly films of the recent Cronenberg era. It is, after all, an adaptation of a critically revered and best-selling novel and stars hunky heartthrob-of-the-moment Robert Pattinson. But on closer inspection, the movie seems more atypical and dangerous (a good thing, since “A Dangerous Method” felt far too safe for a filmmaker known for exploding heads and genital mutilation), taking place primarily in a stretch limousine as it crawls through New York City (not exactly a cinematic conceit). A number of Cronenberg’s favorite thematic tics are explored, too, including man’s relationship with modern technology, the messiness of murder and sexual obsession. So while it might be sold as another buttoned-up late era Cronenberg think piece, we’re hoping it’s going to be ruder, looser, and more like the days of yore, even if it has to be without the exploding heads and genital mutilation.
Release Date: With press for “A Dangerous Method” occupying much of Cronenberg’s time in the fall of 2011, our guess is the fall film festival circuit will be the earliest we see the picture.

“The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey”
Synopsis: In the first of a two-part prequel to “The Lord of the Rings,”  Bilbo Baggins relates an early journey with Gandalf and a pack of unruly dwarves to steal a horde of treasure from the dragon Smaug.
What You Need To Know: Given that the original trilogy was near-universally beloved, a giant box-office hit (taking close to $3 billion worldwide) and even managed to be win a record haul of Oscars with its last installment, getting “The Hobbit,” J.R.R. Tolkien‘s novel set, and written, before “The Lord of the Rings” proved surprisingly tricky, with rights issues and studio bankruptcy holding the project up for years, even before original director Guillermo Del Toro bailed. But Peter Jackson‘s finally returned to Middle Earth, and if the recent atmospheric teaser is anything to go by, he hasn’t forgotten what he’s doing. Settling back into the world feels like putting on a comfortable pair of old shoes, and the filmmaker looks to have the perfect Bilbo in “The Office” star Martin Freeman, who leads a group of new arrivals to the franchise including Richard Armitage, James Nesbitt, Aidan Turner, Luke Evans, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephen Fry, Lee Pace and Evangeline Lilly, along with many returning favorites. We have our reservations: is Jackson’s heart really in it, after spending so long saying he didn’t want to direct the film? Will the two-part structure feel padded and indulgent for a book that only runs to 285 pages? Will having a baker’s dozen of dwarves mean that they blend into one? We hope not, and if anyone can pull it off, it’s the hirsute New Zealander.

“The Master”
Synopsis: After returning home from WWII, a charismatic intellectual (Philip Seymour Hoffman) launches a faith-based organization and taps a young drifter (Joaquin Phoenix) as his right-hand man.
What You Need to Know: With just five films spread out over the last fifteen years, Paul Thomas Anderson has become one of the most celebrated American directors working today. It’s been nearly half a decade since his masterpiece “There Will Be Blood” became the directors highest-grossing and most critically acclaimed film — his longest gap ever — but the wait seems worthwhile. His latest reteams the director with former muse Hoffman who portrays a man who starts his own religion during the 1950s and becomes the “master of ceremonies,” supposedly with strong parallels to Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. Phoenix, in his first post-”retirement” role, plays the drifter he recruits, with Amy Adams and Laura Dern along for the ride too. Despite being less than 12 months from release the film is still shrouded in secrecy with even the title still up in the air. We reviewed an early rough draft of the script all the way back in February of 2010 and after several stops and starts (eventually being rescued by every cinephile’s favorite heiress Megan Ellison), the film is finally on its way, though the script has surely evolved since that  minimal sketch was leaked. Initially hailed as a disciple of Scorsese and Altman, Anderson’s now finding himself being compared to another auteur whose films grew more masterful as well as increasingly further apart: Kubrick. All of this makes “The Master” quite possibly our most anticipated film of 2012.
Release Date: Assume a late fall release

“On The Road”
Synopsis: A long-time-coming adaptation of Jack Kerouac‘s famous Beat Generation novel. Drifter poets Sal Paradise and Dean Moriarty travel across the country in search of themselves, colliding with a rigid and impermeable society along the way.
What You Need To Know: Over thirty years in the making, director Francis Ford Coppola has been trying to get this picture made since the mid 1970s. Brazilian filmmaker Walter Salles signed on to make the picture in 2005, with Coppola exec producing, but none of it became a reality until  early 2010 when casting and financing finally coalesced. Starring Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley as the two leads andKristen Stewart, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Steve Buscemi and more, rounding out the colorful cast, “On The Road” has been a labor of love for both Salles and Hedlund who has also been involved for years, biding his time for when funding would finally arrive. Having directed “The Motorcycle Diaries,” and other striking Foreign-language films, Salles has had an unlucky streak of late. After 2005’s semi-successful “Dark Water,” his 2008 co-directed film “Linha de Passe” failed to ever score distribution in North America. But having worked on ‘Road’ on and off for six years, we’re hoping this one is a major comeback.
Release Date: TBD, but we’re guessing a Cannes bow in May would make sense.

Starring in: “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ (Nov. 16); “Lock-Out” (April 20)
Why It’s a Big Year: 2008′s “Taken” proved a huge sleeper hit, which is why it’s no surprise Grace is back together with action writer-producer Luc Besson for “Lock-Out,” in which she once again has to be rescued. This time it’s in space, though, and she’s the president’s daughter; and instead of Liam Neeson, her rescuer is Guy Pearce. She’ll then get what’s coming to her as vampire Irina in “Twilight.”

Kristen Stewart:

Starring in: “Snow White and the Huntsman” (June 1); ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2′ (Nov 16); “On the Road” (TBA)
Why It’s a Big Year: Her “Twilight” Swan song will be met with many a tear, but Stewart has already got a franchise contingency plan in the form of her armored, battle-ready Snow White. If playing a badass version of the fairy tale princess doesn’t work, she has the Jack Kerouac adaptation to satisfy the literati, baring it all as Mary Lou, lover of Dean Moriarty (Garrett Hedlund), aka Beat poet Neal Cassady.

Ashley Greene:

Starring in: “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ (Nov. 16); “The Apparition” (Aug. 14)
Why It’s a Big Year: The “Harry Potter” and “Twilight” series collide when Greene has to rely on Draco Malfoy himself, Tom Felton, to rid her house of fear-feeding spirits in “Apparition.” She’ll also find time to help save Renesmee in her last go-round as Alice Cullen.

Our first encounter with a “Twilight” star was our chat with Pattinson at the Golden Globes, during which he provided us with a giggly reaction to the first “Breaking Dawn – Part 1″ still of Bella and Edward in bed, as well as his positive reviews of Stewart playing a vampire. “It’s like she wanted to do it the entire time,” he told us. “It’s really funny, it’s like a completely different environment on set when she’s a vampire and when she’s not. I think she’s going to do it really well.”

There were also plenty of teases about the film’s most highly anticipated scenes, including the wedding of Edward and Bella and the honeymoon sex scene. Of seeing Stewart in a wedding dress during the filming of their characters’ nuptials, Pattinson said, “She looked amazing. I really didn’t do much than just stand there.”

Stewart later said of the experience: “It was very, very emotional for me.”

Pattinson added, “You kind of realize what the groom’s position in a wedding is, which, in reality, is basically a prop. You stand there in a suit, and then everyone is looking at the girl.”

One scene in which everyone was most certainly not just looking at the girl is the first sex scene between Edward and Bella on their wedding night. “I think we had some really interesting ideas about [the love scene],” Pattinson said when we caught up with him at the “Water for Elephants” press junket. “It’s kind of interesting, as well, having to do it in the context of PG-13. It makes it more interesting.”

You just finished filming another movie. Tell me about your experience on Snow White and the Huntsman — or, as the fans call it, SWATH.

SWATH! It was great.

I saw a picture of you and your fellow dwarfs in your dwarf gear and your dwarf hair.

Yeah, they shaved me bald every day just to put hair on me, which was weird. It was like, well, I had hair anyway, and you shaved it all off… to then put a wig on.

You’re in great company with the other seven dwarfs. What was that cast like?

It was fantastic! I got to hang out with Toby Jones, Eddie Marsan, Johnny Harris, Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, for God’s sake. I got to just sit around and listen to those guys tell stories.

I like the idea of Kristen Stewart, of all people, sitting in the middle of that group of men — and also the colliding of worlds, your universe and fan base overlapping with Twilight.

Exactly! I was sitting next to Bob Hoskins and Bella Swan!

Please tell me you and Bob Hoskins and Kristen Stewart talked Twilight on set.

Not really. I think she’d be pretty sick to the bloody back teeth of listening about Twilight. On set she’s another actress, and a lot of the time actors just talk about nothing. Talk about shit, they just chew the fat. That’s what you do!

And did you sign on for multiple SWATH films as well?

Three, yeah. We’ll see where it goes. We were talking about it on set the other day, where it would start and what it would be. We’ll have to see how well it does, I guess. But I think we’d all love to do another one. We had a real laugh every day.
