Summit plans to move “full steam ahead” with Breaking Dawn 2 promotion

In an exclusive from EW , Summit has issued an official statement regarding their plans for Breaking Dawn 2 promotions .

In an exclusive statement to EW, Summit’s president of worldwide marketing, Nancy Kirkpatrick says: “While it is studio policy not to comment on the personal lives of actors, Summit is moving full steam ahead and looking forward to this November’s opening of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. We are confident that the film delivers amazing entertainment for our passionate fans and general audience alike.”

    I fully support their decision to move forward . I hope that the actors get through this ok and work it out

    Yah, regarding the actors…I think fans are going to need to brush up on junkets, like in 'America`s Sweethearts', the film done by John Cusack, Julia Roberts, and Catherine Zeta-Jones. Trying to give interviews to Hollywood media, while your heart's been ripped from your chest, will be a little more heartbreaking to see in real life. Sigh!

    I think it's funny how quick people/fans can turn against the stars. Yaeh so she cheated, or so everybody says, I know she aknowledge it, bit i still think it's funny that when famous people cheat it gets so much attention for something that happens everyday to normal people. I just Hope they can get through this and move on. I love those two together.

    Rob and Kristen both love each other very much, you can see it when they look at each other there is no hiding it. She loves you Rob. Yes it takes two to make the mistake, but blame the 41 year old married man with two kids first and most, he had no business even going anywhere near kristen, not only was she taken by you, but all of his baggage. Forgive her, and work thru it, it will take alot of work, but the two of you are worth the time. It will be her responsiblity though to earn your trust back, that means if you want to check her phone, or know where and who she is talking to and going, then she has to tell you until you feel safe and secure again. And you need to let her know that, that kinda of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE ON ANY LEVEL, and it will not be tolerated every again. That was her one and only mistake. and if she didn't love you so much, she would have denied it and lied about it like every other star does, but she admitted it right away. She is sorry, dig down deep and feel the love and forgiveness.  Take it one day at a time, until you feel better. Love to both of you

    I believe it is because they are such a huge source of fun and adventure with the movies they make, and when the 'real human side' is seen it stirs anger because we want the perfect life they live on the screen to not be tarnished, thus ending the fantasy. I, myself, hate this has happened because I loved the films and feel like it won't be the same when BD2 comes out because I know what happened and it will be in the back of my mind.

    I don't know how much knowledge is known by fans, but you can visit http://www.gossipcop.com and they tell you what is real and what isn't real in tabs and online sites. They find out there thruth. Although what Kristen did was  partly her fault and mistake, I really don't like that most are making it sound like she had sexual relations with Sanders. It was just a kiss. I know that still hurts (believe me I DO KNOW), but I just wanted to make it clear that there was no sexual act between the two. I really hope that all parties involved can find their way in all of this. You can see the remorse in both Kristen and Rupert and my heart go out to everyone this effected. I hope they can all work it out.

    it takes a real woman to sit there and admit when she has done something wrong…. Granted She shouldn't have done what she did… And I agree with you about how fans can turn against the stars…. And I go with the fact that Kristen is still YOUNG!!!! And I we all know that she is sorry…… But like the rest of us she is HUMAN…

    hmmm you guys do know that bdpt.2 was already made when they were still together? and eventually they will get over im gonna be a fan no matter what even when the movies are done just like i am for harry potter

    Awkward and probably horrible for him. People please stop trying to excuse or pretty up the really terrible behavior. There is no excuse and until it been done to you, you don't know how painful adultery is. He is a fool if he takes her back, would you want to be with someone you can't totally ever trust again, you will never look at the person the same again. You will always see what they did and you lose all respect for them all over again. It takes years to be able to talk without arguement, it replays in the mind over and over again.
