Alert : ‘Breaking Dawn part 2′ teaser trailer to debut before the ‘Hunger Games’ movie

Great news everyone, Breaking Dawn part 2 will have a teaser trailer before the upcoming Hunger Games movie.  With the merging of Lionsgate and Summit, it should be no surprise that the Twilight Saga’sBreaking Dawn part 2 will have a presence at the Hunger Games movie release.  Being a huge fan of both series, I think it’s a great way to see a teaser from Breaking Dawn while getting the chance to see the Hunger Games, a movie I’ve been eagerly anticipating.

According to The Hollywood Reporter :

After news of record advance ticket sales for Lionsgate’s The Hunger Games, Summit Entertainment announced Thursday that the film’s March 23 premiere will also be the first place to see the trailer for the final installment in its Twilight series.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 will screen a teaser ahead of every showing of The Hunger Games, with the full version debuting online the Monday after the opening weekend.

A tease of the teaser will premiere ahead of The Hunger Games, hitting the Internet in the early hours of March 20.

  • I love both Twilight and Hunger Games i have read all the books and can't wait for the movies i am very impatient and can not wait for November 16 to come

    I am really excited about seeing the Hunger Games, but to be loyal to the Twilight series, I don't want to see it on opening weekend.  I want Twilight to hold onto their opening weekend records.  If you can wait...don't watch it on opening weekend.  It'll be insanely busy anyway. The teaser trailer will be available next Monday (3/26) anyway, so you don't have to rush out to see it in the theatres.

    As for the question why they keep talking about THG on here...it could be the Lionsgate/Summit merger.  Or it could be just because it is a similar audience and the fandom is expected to be near Twilight #s.  Besides, it is a great series to read.  Totally different than Twilight...but equally entertaining.

    Going to see Hunger Games anyway regardless of whether or not they show a trailer or not so it would be great to see the trailer but even then I'm at the cinema for Hunger Games not Twilight until November and the full trailer will be out the following Monday <3

    That is exactly what they want.  For Twilight fans go see this movie in droves just to get a glimpse of the Breaking Dawn part 2 trailer.  I am really desparate to see the Breaking Dawn trailer, but I'm not that desperate. I'll wait to see it online.
