The cast of the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s The Host is starting to really shape up. The film, directed by Andrew Niccol, is set to star Soairse Ronan as Melanie/Wanderer, Max Irons as Jared and Jake Abel as Ian. Now, Collider reports that William Hurt is in talks to play Melanie’s Uncle Jeb. “In talks” means it will likely happen if they can work out the schedule and pay. I think this is EXCELLENT casting choice. What do you guys think?
