‘Bree Tanner’ takes second place in Fave YA Novel of 2010
Hollywood Crush took a poll of the Favorite Young Adult Novel of 2010. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner took second place to the final book in the Vampire Academy series, Last Sacrifice.
The results are in! After a week of voting (and a dramatic lead change or two), Hollywood Crush readers have picked their favorite YA novel of 2010. [Drum roll, please!] And the winner is…Richelle Mead’s “Last Sacrifice“! The spectacular finale to Richelle’s six-part “Vampire Academy” series following 17-year-old Dhampir Rose Hathaway and her Moroi vampire BFF Vasilisa “Lissa” Dragomir, took the No. 1 spot, besting runners-up “The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner” by Stephenie Meyer and “Mockingjay” by Suzanne Collins. (You can see a complete list of the nominees here.)
