Breaking Dawn set visit & Rpattz meet-&-greet goes for $80,000

The charity auction for a Breaking Dawn set visit, which included a meet and greet with star Robert Pattinson ended today with a whopping final bid of $80,000! Congrats to the winner and to the GO Campaign for getting such a great donation!

One lucky fan spent a whopping $80,000 Wednesday to meet Robert Pattinson on the set of ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.’

The winner will travel to Vancouver where they’ll be hosted at the Four Seasons along with three companions. Then, they’ll travel by limo to the ‘Breaking Dawn’ set, where they’ll have a meet and greet with Rob, who portrays hunky vampire Edward Cullen in the hit series.

The prize was offered on www.CharityBuzz.com to raise funds for the GO Campaign, a nonprofit group that supports grassroots projects for orphans and vulnerable children globally. The $80,000 bid is the highest bid ever for the GO Campaign.

it sounds nice, but $80,000??? are they mad? people need that money. they could give it to the homeless!!! but yet they spend it on their own pleasure just to meet someone for 2 minutes. how... idk, STUPID???????

  • Nickiminag12

i hope this movie will come on out already.

I love Robert Pattinson and the money is going to a good cause, but I still think it's unfair for like 99% of the fans who could never pay this amount of money to meet him, this is crazy cash, but maybe we'll all be lucky and meet him on the streets for free in nyc or somewhere.

  • RamboAmbo

Like...WOW!! If i had that kind of cash i would have split it to a couple of charities and i could have just tooo my chances with a trip to the set to see rob soo i could see him and maybe get some of my questions like (is he for real) in real life...That kind of cash could have been put into our hospitals and helped out poverty ass-well....I love -LIKE you rob but with that kind of money...I'm ill and would prettymuch do "almost" anything just to be able to meet and have a dinneer with the real you...but 80k????????????/

  • Joannamariedelossantos

  • Lisa

the only benefit to this is its a fund raiser the fact that someone would pay money just to meet someone at their job like Robert Pattison is show's how stupid society is really getting... They are just people doing a job and a good one at that, I find it very disgusting but glad the actors took an opportunity to use the money to benefit others.

  • Jd1768

If I had that kind of money would I spend it on visting Rob on the set? ummm...let me think..Hell Yeah and you know what if I had another 80K I would give it to them just to give him a peck on the lips mmmm... Rob he is so damn yummmmmy

  • Joannamariedelossantos
