You know, he could be think because they're working on shooting the end of Breaking Dawn. I mean, he's meant to be a vampire, whose weight doesn't fluctuate, but in the book Jacob notices that he looks bad, like someone who's lost sleep. In order to portray that, he may have lost some weight, you know, to add to the affect.
