Target to Release 2-Disc Edition of ‘Eclipse’

To be released December 4th, 2010:

This special edition of the Eclipse DVD includes:

  • Run Time: 2 hr 4 min
  • Edition: Special Edition
  • Format: DVD
  • Only at Target 2 Disc Collector’s Edition DVD featuring all the content from the standard 2-disc plus deluxe packaging and 6 collectible photo-cards
  • Special Features from the standard version alos included are Deleted and Extended Scenes
  • Audio Commentary from Rob Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Stephanie Meyer and Wyck Godfrey
  • 6-Part Making of Documentary
  • Jump to Features and Music Videos

There will also be a blu-ray version of this special edition.  That makes two special editions so far, (Amazon) how many versions will we get this time?

    GREAT!!! love it!! I`ve been hoping for it since the premier!! now i wanna se it at home!!

    It looks like they are trying to compete with the Borders special editions that usually come out. Borders better still come out with theirs because they will ship to Canada and Target won't! Plus,I already have the Borders versions of Twilight and New Moon so I want their whole set :)

    I think I'm a little more excited about the commentary [shhhhh], just wondering what goofy things Rob will be coming up with this time, and imagining how many eye rolls Kristen will be doing at him for it. ♥ lol

    Right!! that will be awesome!! I laugh so much when watching Twilight, and hearing KStew, RobP and Catherine!!

  • It's gonna be hard to me to decide whether to watch the movie or commentary first? LOL - yes the Twilight one was great!!! I practically had it memorized I watched it so much. Rob cracks me up with almost anything he says cause he's soooo cute about it. ♥

  • I'm guessing all the features are going to be the same but the packaging will be different (posters, photos, keychains, etc.).

    Thank God for that.

    I didn't get any special features on the New Moon one because for some reason in Canada the 2-disc edition didn't have deleted/extended scenes or any other the other features--well other than the documentary.

    Thank you Summit or whoever you are for making it simple this time around!
