Who won EW’s Sexy Beast poll? Edward Cullen or Damon Salvatore

After Twilight and Vampire Diaries fans voted and voted, it has been announced that Damon Salvatore won the Sexy Beast poll held by EW.Â Edward Cullen came in at number 2.Â I say it was rigged! lol

Still, the final Edward-v.-Damon showdown trumped â€˜em all. Our polls were open for 72 hours, and midway through the final day of voting, the virile vampires were separated by less than 200 votes. With six hours remaining, and our finalists still locked in a statistical dead-heat, EW.comâ€™s Sexy Beast special-ops team decided to hide our poll results, and began to plan a special issue of Entertainment Weekly commemorating a tournament that had becoming nothing short of an Internet sensation. When the blood, sweat, and broken fangs were wiped away, it was Damon Salvatore who eked out a mild upset victory over Edward Cullen by a margin of 138,630 to 134,728, a difference of just 3,902 votes.

hello it was a SEXY BEAST competition rob is handsome i will give you that but his BODY does not compare to salvatores' therfore he lost point blank....although i think taylor should have won that ;)

Well obviously he won. He is much more gorgeous than Edward. Not that I don't love Edward/Rob, but I love Damon/Ian more. And seriously, the poll wasn't rigged. People have different opinions than yourself, so you just have to live with it.

Edward may be most girl's dream boyfriend, but when it comes to SEXY BEASTS, i'm surprised he even got so far... He's certainly no beast. And whether he's sexy or not is up to interpretation...

Damon however is the bad sexy vamp, he is the DEFINITION of sexy beast ! ;) And you know it.

You all need to get the fuck over yourselves. Edward lost. Deal with it. The voting wasn't rigged, you're all just coming up with lame excuses because your 'precious Edward Cullen' actually lost something. Newsflash: Not everybody thinks he's hot, and obviously, the majority of people that voted, think that Damon is hotter.
If EW rigged the vote, they probably would have got rid of Edward a few rounds ago, so you all should just shut the fuck up and deal with it. Edward can't win everything. Twilight takes over everything, so it's a major victory for another vampire story to win over somebody from Twilight, let Ian have his fame - he's a great actor, and a great guy, he deserves it.
