The other day I saw photos of Xavier Samuel (who will be Riley in Eclipse) in Berlin, Germany, supporting a new hair color and facial hair, and I had no idea what he was doing there.  I just stumbled across his IMDb page, and see that he is currently filming a movie called Anonymous in Germany.  Other actors that are in the film are Rhys Ifans, Vanessa Redgrave and David Thewlis, and the film is being directed by Roland Emmerich. I don’t think this is NEW news, but since I hadn’t known it before, I wanted to post it!

Here is a brief synopsis of the plot of Anonymous.

A political thriller about who actually wrote the plays of William Shakespeare– Edward De Vere, Earl of Oxford– set against the backdrop of the succession of Queen Elizabeth I, and the Essex Rebellion against her.
