Well, guys, I have finally stepped into the world of fan conventions and the Los Angeles Twilight Tour from Creation Entertainment was a great place to start.  You may be wondering what exactly goes on at these things. I was wondering, too.  So let me give you a rundown of the day! Click through for photos and all the deets.

• Get in line to get your wrist band.
• Head in to look at the vendor’s area where you can buy clothes, jewelry temporary tattoos, photos of and with the gang from The Hillywood Show (see my pic below), etc.
• When the ballroom opens up, throughout the day, the actors come in and do Q&A sessions where they answer fan questions.
• After each guest finishes his/her Q&A, they do Photo Ops with people who pay for them.  Then they do autographs later in the day.
• They also had an auction for a lot of Twi gear, and signed photos and the like.
• They show New Moon press kit which features interviews and stuff they used during promotion of the film.
• Tonight is the Volturi Ball but I will not be able to attend.

As you can see, I got a photo with The Hillywood Show guys. They also hosted the ceremonies today and it was fun.  I hate posting pictures of myself on the site but I do it for you guys so be nice. I had been holding a very cold mocha frappachino just before I put my hand around poor “Jacob”s waist.

Oh, and forgive my crappy picture quality.  My camera sucks and it was SO dark in there.  Just think of it as art.

Many of you know I ended up going alone to the convention, but the lovely girls over at Twilightish took me in and they are a fun and cool group.  We are now Twi-bonded. lol

Now here are the details of the Q&As today.

CHASKE SPENCER:

• Chaske’s favorite book in the series is Eclipse (mine, too!).
• The best part of filming for Chaske was getting to kiss Tinsel Korey. He says she is a loyal, sweet, kind, talented, beautiful person.
• Chaske says he was suprrised at how normal of a guy Rob is.  And that Kristen Stewart is “cool, Johnny Depp cool, cool as an iceberg.”
• When asked what other role in Twilight he would have liked to take on, he mentioned his admiration for Michael Sheen, but settled on Chief Swan.
• The weirdest thing a fan has done was sneak into his room when they were filming New Moon. He got back to his room and a fan was in there waiting for him. He had to call security.  CREEPY PEOPLE! Don’t pull that crap! lol
• We had the opportunity to wax poetic about his love for Lady GaGa.
• hH got a chance to promote the charity he is involved in United Global Shift. Go here to learn more about it.

KIOWA GORDON:

• I missed the first part of Kiowa’s time on stage because I was grabbing lunch. I got back into the ballroom just in time to see him perform with his band Touché.
• If Kiowa could play any other character in the films, he would play Felix so he could beat up Edward (this got lots of boos and giggles).
• Kiowa’s PR person stood up to ask him a couple of questions, probably get to get a couple of things out there.  He will be in an upcoming musical about the Pied Piper which will benefit the charity Operation Smile.  We’ll get you more info on this when we know it.
• Kiowa’s birthday is later this month, March 25th.
• Not sure if it was Kiowa’s hair or clothes or what, but he seemed much cuter to me than before. Either way, he is a youngin’.
• I saw him walking around in the hallways during the convention twice, both times holding the hand of his cute girlfriend.  He seems like a normal guy.

ALEX MERAZ:

Alex was very very handsome in person. I knew he would be but he has a charisma. I leaned over to the girl sitting next to me and said, “I’m entranced!”

• Alex’s art is how he finds his “me time.” He told a story about being a kid and cutting off chunks of his hair and tying it around twigs and dipping it in melted crayons so that he could paint. Cute!
• His art inspriations are Salvador Dali, Boris Vallejo, and comic books.
• He said he enjoyed torturing Julia Jones (Leah Clearwater) on set, by blowing kisses at her and being demeaning about her being a female in the wolf-pack.
• He said about wolf life, “It’s like puberty every time you transform. Who doesn’t love puberty?”
• When asked how he handles the pressure of having his hsirt off and girls requesting him to remove his shirt, he said it doesn’t bother him because it is part of the story.  And then he said, “What do you want me to say? I love it that girls drool over my abs.” At which point, half the audience was hollering out.
• He kept doing an impression of Kristen and all it was was over-dramatic blinking over and over. The crowd got a kick out of it.
• Alex learned a lot on set from Kristen Stewart.
• He called his face “the moneymaker” and then laughed.

CHARLIE BEWLEY:

Charlie got, by far, the loudest reaction from the ladies in the room. And, letmetellya, I could see why. He is a charmer and he has a hint of bad boy in him, which we all love.  He is random and funny.  And not afraid to get up in your business.

• Charlie mentioned that the idea of him playing Jace in a film version of Cassandra Clare’s The Mortal Instruments would be great, but that is just a rumor with no validity to it (at this point in time).
• Charlie’s last job in the UK was a stripper pole salesman (LOL), and after the crowd insisted on a demonstration, and his insistence that he couldn’t demonstrate without a proper pole, an audience member volunteered to be his poll, and he proceeded to dance on her like a stripper on a pole.
• Charlie says that one of his inspirations is the book The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho, which might explain his Twitter name: @alchemission.
• Charlie was asked what other vampire film he would like to have done besides New Moon, and he responded with Twilight.
• He is in the process of creating a charity for Indie Films that Change the World.
• Charlie came out into the audience to answer a few questions, making the days of many a doe-eyed girl. I think he walked up and kissed on attendee on the mouth. If he didn’t kiss her, he got in her face.
• Charlie clearly has a big case of ADD. He kept forgetting the question and going off on tangents, but they were funny and nutty an the crowd ate him up.
• Oh. And did I mention that Charlie called me “Darling” in that wonderful accent of his? And that I love him so much?

I’ll post the photos from my photo ops tomorrow, along with details from the Q&A with Kellan Lutz and Peter Facinelli. Can’t wait! It was a really fun day.
