The Cullens’ New Moon home for sale

It’s true. If you have $3 million or so to spend, then you can be the proud owner of the Vancouver area home that was used as the Cullens’ house in New Moon. I assume this is also the house used in Eclipse. It has been on the market for several months, but the sellers have now dropped the price!Â Yep, much more affordable… lol

…the film adaptation of “New Moon”)â€”an immaculately renovated, modernist spread in West Vancouverâ€”is currently on the market for a cool $2,998,000. That may seem steep, but it’s an outright bargain compared to the original price tag ($3.298,000) when the home was first listed…

It's a beautiful home but i don't know if i could live in cold weather climate. I'm too much of a Floridian to live anywhere else. I love being in warm and sunny. Wouldn't mind going there to see snow and the land and animals though

Of course Vancouver isn't anything like Florida, but its not constantly cold lol we don't live out in the Arctic in Canada. The winters are generally mild and the summers are nice but there is a lot of rain.
