i think they made the black eyebrows cos its italian vogue so its abit over the top...even with the clothes, they are sooo awseome...and she looks beautiful as always!!!!!!!

I THINK (please correct me if Im wrong) that it's quite an Italian thing to have dark and jutting eye brows with light hair, makes them more profound
And they must be dyed for the magazine cause they're all blonde normally :)
