in response to that individual who responded to my comment:
look, it wasn't my intention to really 'bash' her
in response to what you said about her taking crap and dealing with it: she's a celebrity! Part of her job is to be able to take the criticism and abuse. if she's unable to handle that then why is she even here?
it's people who are self conscious and unable to motivate themselves that really care what other people think.
miley isn't perfect, and neither am i or anyone else and i know she's expressing her opinion about twilight, but doesn't she know it's a bad publicity stunt for her? especially because, in my opinion, the twilight saga has a much larger fan base than she has.
i don't mean to be rude and it wasn't my intention in the first comment. just that she, as a celebrity, should know that what she does is no walk in the park and what she says will backfire.

Maybe she's put out because Twilight is doing so much better than her crappy film, series, songs and stuff… I bet she's seen a fall in her fortunes as a result of the Twilight saga… well HAHAHA.. serves her right for shoving her crappy stuff in our faces all day long. I am sick to death of the sight of that girl, she looks like a muppet with that big gob of hers. She should learn to shut it, nothing good ever comes out of it! Probably it's a cult… but it's a cult on the right way… I mean… we're talking about marrying before having sex… respecting lifestyles (like vegetarianism)… taking right decisions, being mature about break up (not commiting suicide or become a drunk person), about life and stuff… you know? I kind of agree with her about how some people can get way too into things like Twilight. There are THIRD GRADERS at my little sister's elementary school that are just as mad as hell that the librarian wouldn't let them check out any of the Twilight Saga books.

Don't hate me for saying that; but you all know it's true. No use in denying it. I AM a fan
of it myself; I just perfer not to go overboard.

So yeah; yes she needs to learn how to shut her mouth; but it IS in fact kind of the truth.

Im sorry, but I can't say that I agree with you at all. Twilight is a fictional movie and book. It is amazing and naturally had a big fanbase. Miley Cyrus is a hypocrite because if she is saying that Twilight is a cult than one could argue that the Hannah Montana movie is a cult. Think about how many little girls are Hannah Montana followers and are obsessed with HER. It is completely ridiculous that she would not see this herself. Also, the fact that you say that you would rather your daughter admire Miley than Kristen is beyond me. Kristen at least has talent and is not promoting sexuality. Unlike Miley who thinks that posing on a stripper pole at the Kids Choice Awards is appropriate.

acctually i haaaate harry potter with a passion! and i guess not all of the movie was a dissapointment some parts were great and i love kristen stewart i think that she is one of the best actors of our generation…and i think that most of the reason that twilight wasn't very good was because of catherine hardwicke she did not stay true to the novel and she was all about the action and not so much about the love story.

miley is so used to being the center of atenttion..
and now that the cameras have turned away from her and are spotted mostly in kristens or robs face, she wants the attention back to her..
I love twilight! I don't care if she thinks were all obsessed with it or if its stupid, but if she hasn't read the books or watched the movies, she shouldn't give her opinion on something she's not very educated on. She only sees the "outside" point of view. She thinks we are all so obsessed wit rob n him being the perfect man.. I personally love the story more than anything.. Its like when titanic came out.. Or like a modern version of Romeo n juliet wit vampires in it.. But of course, SHE wouldn't know that.. Instead of judging the twilight fanbsse she should try n understand why we love twilight n the characters that play them so much..
