honestly i loved it . and for the whole team edwrad team jake thing? i looove edward in the books but not so hot on rpatz playing him annd i looove jake in the moviie :)

Totally awesome!!!!! I LOVED so much the ending I thought it was a PERFECT anticipation for Eclipse... My favourites scenes were, Edward in Brasil, the Vote scene at the end and what I think was the best, was ARO!!!!! Such a GREAT performance... amazing actor... Team Edward 4EVER

I LOVED it!!! Really, this movie follows the book very closely with so many of the lines right out of the book; and as a true twi fan you have to appreciate that. Chris Weitz knew full well the legions upon legions of dedicated fans of these books, so doing anything else (I believe) wouldn't make any of us happy. Some scenes obviously have to be cut or this would be a 10-hour movie. I love these books and I'm all about the fantasy aspect of them, and I think this movie really delivers on that.

Yes we've all heard of the gasps from the audience when Jacob Black takes off his shirt, but I highly doubt (in contrast to what I've read in other reviews) that anyone who started on Team Edward when seeing this movie will become a Team Jacob convert. Jacob looks amazing and Taylor did a good job, but I'm all about the DEEP, INSANELY PASSIONATE love between Edward and Bella. If they both didn't feel the same about each other, I could see how people might feel differently and switch to Team JB.

Of course Edward is gone a lot, but we all knew that going into the theater. That is what makes their reunion so much sweeter, and it IS SWEEEEET!!!!

LOVED LOVED LOVED the Fight scene!!! LOVED IT!!!!! The way Edward flips Bella over his shoulder and lunges for Felix to protect his Bella. Ahhhhhhh. Sweet. The fast way Edward and Felix move as they try beating the crap out of each other. Awesome!!! The way Bella says "take me instead," and then the way Aro reacts to that and what he says. That is SOOO awesome!!! And, OMG, let's not forget Jane laying it into Edward, and Edward's face. :(.......

Okay, now on to Bella and the breakup scene: After seeing this movie, how can anyone say anything bad about Kristen Stewart. She did an AMAAAAZING job. Yes, I actually cried (a little) today. And, if you've ever read any of my posts in the past, you'll know I was NEVER a KSTEW fan, so I think that is saying a lot. I can say that through the whole movie (her post-breakup scenes especially), I was really feeling it for her.

The kissing / reunion scene. Such nice liplock. Of course it wasn't long enough, but it was GOOD!!! Wouldn't it be nice if Eclipse could be an R-rated movie. LOL!!! (with a devilish grin) Hee hee.

There is so much about this movie that I love, but I have to say one of the biggest stand-out scenes for me was where Charlie and Harry are hunting the werewolves, which is inter spliced in with great scenes of Victoria and her Vividly bright red hair flying all over the place and Bella walking up to the cliff to take the plunge. All the while, this perfectly fitting music plays in the background. A great great piece of this movie.

I still didn't like the scene when Aro sees Alice's vision of Bella and Edward running. But, that was such a short scene that it doesn't take away from the rest of this movie, IMHO.

Loved Rosalie's look. Much much better (again IMHO) than she looked in Twilight. She looked pretty in New Moon, and she is a pretty woman. It was nice to see them make her look that way. Still hated Jasper's hair though. Minor stuff.

What about Esme???? She looked great as well did Alice and Carlisle and Emmett. Esme just stands out more because she looks so much better in this movie than in Twilight.

Loved the way Edward looked more like a vampire. Beneath that sweet beautiful face, you could see the potential for his dangerous bad boy side to emerge. And, who doesn't love the bad boy, but in this case, you get it all. A good bad boy. hee hee.

I want to watch it AGAIN!!!! I can't wait for the DVD.

I l0ved it!!! I thought it was better than New Moon. Now i get wait to see Eclipse and i hope they stick close to the book. I didn't like the ending but they want to entice people to come see the next movie :).

I loved the movie, but sill books are better. I think books are deeper, and it feels sometimes they underestimated the fans, we could take more drama as in books :). I mean last scene when Edward asks Bella to merry her...they didn´t show why he did it....and stuff like that, but anyway it is very hard to put everything from the book to the movie. But I was very happy that they used text from the book so often. My favorite scene was when Jacob was transformed to the wolf during the jumping. I loved Bella very much! Kris played her so good! The best thing with bough movies were casting. All actors were chosen very very good!!!!

I loved it and it didnt seem like 2 hours had went by.. i kept thinkin about the book in the back of my head and thought we was only half way through then the screen went blank..but i loved it..amazing

Loved it!! I mean i loved twilight too but this was 100 times better! The actors were so much better, the make-up on the vamps was much better this time. The WOLVES! omg they where incredible!
The movie was soooo sad i cried like all the way through! I thought by just watchin the trailer the break up scene was going to be a let down but i was totally wrong! it was awesome! I cried! I love Aro! hahaha his laugh! I'm so please they stuck to the book more this time.
The ending was so good ! and sooo sad! I canno wait for Eclipse, I hope they stic with Chris' wolves and setting and small things like that coz it'll be incredible! I just wish Victoria was the same in Eclipse :( I really liked Rachelle in New Moon even though she only played a small part i thought she was really convincing.

I really, really enjoyed it!! Thought it was beautifully done!!! And Taylor has really captured the warmness and greatness that is Jacob!! Also thought Kristen did a great job at portraying the depression - LOVED IT!!! Can't wait for Eclipse and SO going to see it again!!!

This film was alot closer to the book then 'twilight' was but i wasnt impressed with the soundtrack-then again the director for twilight was more interested in creating the feeling of love compared to Chris weitz who was more concentrating on special effects. However, this film was amazing but of course the books are so much better-(i suppose they cant make like 5 hour films!) And i am in agreement that they should have kept the bedroom scene and jacob grassing bella to charlie-but oh well! I am team Edward but agree that this book didnt do him much justice!-pushing jacob into the spotlight as the nice guy-(and very hot indeed) but Robert Pattison is an amazing person-(he acts, sings beautifully and plays wonderful music) so i guess i am team robert and team taylor!! Know i am understanding bellas' dilemma!!-but eclipse is amazing.....cant wait!

It's great!! New Moon film is better than Twilight...Jacob is fantastic even if Edward is my favourite character. All characters are very beautiful in this film.. Great!!

Loved it!!! 180 degree improvement from Twilight...the score is awesome, so sad...really sets the mood for Bella's depression!!! During the almost kissing scene though, I was the only one in the theatre (full on thursday night, too!!!) yelling out "phone"-totally Team Edward!!! One thing, that vision Alice shows Aro...hahaha....soooo cheesy, you could tell the actors felt stupid making it!!!! hahaha....I mean I like the idea but the way they were dressed, and the way they were just senselessly running through the woods, come on!!! For the best scenes its a tie for me, the first, the six suddenly ravenous vampires looking down on a very bloody Bella-very well portrayed. The second, Bella's depression-blank months and sitting alone in the cafeteria...soooo sad!!!

i loved new moon! it was awesome! i liked it way better than twilight, there was actually some comedy.It was great.

Seen it 2day and i LOVED IT! i was fully committed 2 Edward the whole time, eventhough Jacob was really sweet he never got me!LOL. i was very shocked 2 see so many husbands and teenage boys! if summit keeps pushin out the money they get better an better!

whats with switzerland...the book was along time ago..cant remember....would someone do me a favor and explain to me what switzerland is all about? thx...
oh and az for the movie....it was unexplainable....too gud to be put in wrds...but one thing is that i am now officially team jacob...used to be team edward..

Switzerland is a neutral county like in the war etc etc, and Bella uses that in Eclipse to stay neutral and not take sides with Edward/Jacob... I think...!

I would have to say that it was better than Twilight, but... How can readers of the books be happy with the ending? From the visit to Italy and on, the movie was choppy. I hate that they ruined the reunion scene in Bella's bedroom - it is my favorite part of book. That aside, my biggest disappointment was the scene with the Volturri and watching Edward bascially get his butt kicked! HOW can that happen? Edward can read other's thoughts - how did that even happen? That made me sad, but it did not keep me from seeing it again after the midnight showing. I am sure my disappointment came from me reading the books toooo many times!
