Okay so that's a hard question!! I'm not sure but to make it an amazing movie i'm thinking it really has to be made into two different movies. Maybe splitting it into when Bella was human (including the whole Jacob bit) as one and the as she is changing into a vampire onwards and the second movie. It would probably be a good cliffhanger if the first ended just after Bella went to pick up the cup and her scream ending the movie...

They should split it into three movies. The first up until Renesmee's birth, the second movie everything that's Jacob's POV, and the third Bella's POV. Having three movies would be LURV. All the more to squeal about. And plus, they'll be able to pack every SINGLE little detail. Having it split into only two movies still means they'll have to cut some stuff out, unless they're willing to do one five hour movie - which would totally put the director into my good books. I mean, there's so much information in these books. We'll be cheated of out fangirliness if we don't get to chew on every single little detail. Those are just my thoughts. *shrugs*

i think they should split it from when nessie is born and jacob falls in love with nessie

If I had to split it I'd do it right after Nessie is seen and mistaken for a vampire child or after Alice and Jasper disappear. That's just me though.

If I had to split the book I'd split it after Nessie is seen. Maybe after Alice and Jasper leave.

i think they'll leave it at the end where jacob thinks shes dead coz alot of people that haven't read it will think she's dead.. but yea i would prefer if it was just after he imprints on renesmee and hears the changing heartbeat of bella.. awesome..

I think that they should make it into two because a lot happens in the book and I dont want it to be rushed. I want a whole movie to be her a vampire I think they should split it when when she gives birth it would suck not to watch the whole thing, but worth it in the end! CANT WAIT!

make it as long as u want and the n have an intermission every two hours. simple and easy. i would be so mad if it stopped at a bad place<

oh please do not make it one movie. i would worry that they would cut too much out of it. i agree that bella awakening as a vampire is the perfect clifhanging spot to stop the first movie.

Right in the moment she goes in labor, that way that part is over, and we see a whole new beginning!!! That would be awesome!!

I like the idea of making 2 movies.......the first one must end when we hear Bella's last heartbeat and when she wakes up as a vampire, a close-up in her eyes and BAM!!! wait till the second part comes out lol...... the second part should have a lot of action an stuff (I want to see the Cullens vs. Vulturis part).......I personally like the idea of 2 movies because we can have more of JACOB, EDWUARD & BELLA!!!!!!!! lol.

I'd end the first movie when Jacob's book end and I'd start the second movie when Bella's book begins after Jacob's book

There's no way Summit WON"T split the movie...there's just too much material to squeeze into 2 1/2 or even 3 hours and still stay true to the book (and we all know how crazy the fans-like myself!-will be if they change things too much. And I highly doubt they will make a 5-6 hour movie, that's just not feasible (plus, let's be real here, they will get more money from 2 movies, so why wouldn't they do it that way?). I think they should split it right after Edward delivers the baby, while Bella is still on the table. That way (for those few people left who haven't read the books at least) there will be that "Is Bella going die?" cliffhanger, plus there will still be a ton of material left for Breaking Dawn2 (Bella's transformation and subsequent training, Jacob imprinting, Charlie getting involved, the Volturi confrontation) so it would probably end up being 2 movies that are pretty close to the same length and Summit will be able to stay true to the books, which I think is going to be the biggest issue and the most important element to maintain

IF THE MOVIE MUST BE MADE INTO TWO MOVIES I THINK WHEN BELLA'S HUMAN LIFE IS OVER AFTER THE BIRTH OF RENESMEE IS A GOOD PLACE TO END ... AND START UP THE NEXT MOVIE WITH HER AS A VAMPIRE .. THAT WAY IT COULD BE CALLED BEAKING DAWN THE ENDING(PART 1) AND BREAKING DAWN THE NEW BEGINNING (PART 2).. BUT IT'S JUST AN IDEA .. AND IT WILL KEEP PEOPLE WANTING MORE TO

i wouldnt split the movis into two at all. cuz then its just MORE waiting to see all the movies, and nobody really likes that much anticipation.

First one:
Ends with edward biting bella and there's lots of blood and shes screaming and everything.
Second one:
Begins as a black thing with bellas voice narrating her thoughts and stuff

If they are going to cut scenes to make it fit .. then definately split it!! I want to see as much as possible! I think when Bella goes into labor .. or right as she is giving birth.. and we are about to see Renessme - end it. Man ~ that would kill me tho. LOL AND I think both movies should be long. There is so much we could miss if they start editting to fit a time slot. I realllly want to see it on film.

i think they should do what they did with the lord of the rings they were long but full and they wound up making them into two disk movies that would be amazing, there would be so much in there i think the readers would enjoy it. splitting it up would be a big problem.

The ending of Jacob's POV. Have her 1st POV and Jacob's POV. Then right after he inprints on Renesmee they end it, while he's staring at Renesmee! :D
