MTV reimagines ‘Twilight’ as an 80′s movie

MTV decided to re-cast Twilight with an 80′s cast. I like their choices!

Dazzled by Edward

Its a good thing this wasn't filmed in the 80s. I could see Johnny Depp as Edward. Keifer Sutherland WAS in a vampire movie in the 80s... which was pretty good! I can see River Phoenix as Jasper... he was hot. But for Molly Ringwald I can only see her as Jessica. But considering the budget restrictions for Twilight none of them would have been cast. :o} Funny to think about.

Hilarious!!! Its a good thing this wasn't filmed in the 80s. Keifer was in a good vampire movie in the 80s... and Johnny Depp would be better as Edward. River Phoenix would be hot as Jasper. Molly Ringwald... I can only imagine her as Jessica. lol

i Think molly would probably make a better bella, then alice! LOL i do love the fact of river as edward, he could have totally pulled off that role! i love the fact of Matt as Jasper, awesome!!! And even though i love Johnny Depp, there is no way he should be jacob! That would just be weird! He could have made a really good edward too, he is just odd enough to do it! River would have also made a really good james, if you think about it! I think this was an awesome idea! Really makes you think! But, i really like the cast the way they are, except for Rosalie! She really bothers me, don't know why?

the only one that could come close to fitting is elizabeth shue the rest are ridiculous, come on johnny depp as jacob, i love johnny but my god jacob is and indian since when does johnny depp look indian, whoever did this pick really needs to find a new job.
