This is totally SCREWED UP!! There has to be more to the story that there not telling us...She was a AWESOME victoria!! How could they replace her. She was with Twilight from the beginning. How can they take her out of the 3rd movie. Ugh!! I'm glad they ended up not kicking out Taylor but there kicking her out. Not kool..I'm upset about this and I now every Twilight fan is also....

I couldn't believe it when I heard about this. Rachelle actually looks the part too - Bryce-whatever-her-name-is just... doesn't. It's going to be confusing for people who don't know the Twilight Saga as well as us. They're going to be confused as to which Victoria it is - the one we got used to and loved or the new one we don't even recognise?

I agree that this is crap, I love Rachelle as Victoria and they didn't even tell her she was being replaced! If you go to people.com she did an interview and stated that she turned down other movie roles so she could do the whole Twilight series and only did this new movie because there was only a 2 week shoot for the other movie and a 10 day overlap with shooting both films. She had a contract with Summit to do all 3 films and I think it is crap that they did this and didn't even tell her. I have never liked anything Dallas Howard has done and it isn't just because she is replacing Rachelle, DallasHoward just sucks as an actress and every role I have seen her in I thought she was awful. Like the rest of the fans it throws the movie all out of balance when you replace actors in sequels, I was very much looking forward to seeing Rachelle and Rob do their scenes in Eclipse. Way to ruin Eclipse for the fans before you even start shooting Summit, Bravo you Hollywood jerks, way to think of the fans!!

I think it's a major mistake. Maybe summit thinks that since Bryce pulled off a switch in Terminator successfully that she can do it here. But I think that the fans are too loyal to the cast already. Seems to me that they were looking for any excuse to let her go, which sucks cause she made a really good Victoria. This is going to throw things off a bit, but in the long run of things people are still going to see it regardless. Mainly because we all love Edward, Jacob, and Bella.

I think they shouldnt switch out actors in the middle of a series... like, if you're watching twilight and new moon and then all of a sudden these 2 characters appearences change in eclipse...its sooo UN-cool!
